Crux Climbing Center is simply an amazing place for anyone who loves climbing or just wants to get into a great fitness routine. Crux Central is amazing! The walls are well balanced to accommodate a range of climbing skills, and the staff is very friendly and chill!❤️ Their traditional gym area is a bit smaller compared to their other locations which may be a down side for some but they use the space well. At peak hours I've some times changed the order of my workouts but, I've never felt completely blocked from using the space /equipment available. Crux is a really nice bouldering gym (and general gym). It is spacious, there are many climbing walls, everything appears well-maintained and there is plenty of natural light. Crux needs to adopt a "no asshole policy"...we were accosted by another patron who told us in a very rude and condescending manner to "control [our] kids and keep them away. This is my lair. Wish I could live here. I asked them and they said no. Whatever. They have great slab.. but if you want more overhang, go to ABP or Mesa Rim. The routes are always challenging. That's good. I'm always up for a challenge.
