Extremely rude! I called to see if they did residential design. The man (cannot use the word gentleman), said, "WHO ARE YOU?" I gave him my name and tried to speak again, but he interrupted and asked who I was again. I repeated my name. Then he yelled, "WHO ARE YOU WITH?" When I explained that I was seeking residential services he let me know he does not do that work quite nastily."
