My visit was disappointing. There seem to be no organization. We waited for a long time to get our pizza. By the time we got it, it was cold. It had been sitting at the counter before someone finally brought it. They gave us the wrong pasta dish, never brought us the correct one. I had to ask them about it and still had to wait another while to get that dish then it still was not brought out to us and sat behind the counter. Very disappointing visit.
There was a school spirit night and they were not prepared to serve everyone in a timely manner. Food was cold when brought out and the order was wrong. Usually they have excellent and timely service.
First time eating at Crust Pizza and won’t be the last. The food was amazing. The service was excellent! Didn’t get the guy’s who took our order name but he was so helpful and kind. He went out of his way to recommend trying their homemade ranch and jalapeño ranch and it did not disappoint.
