Today I had my 2nd dental appointment with Dr. J. Halversen located on West State St. in Rockford IL. The process of removing old debris, years of plaque and having fillings completed had me feeling anxious. But, he and his professional skilled team eased my feelings and completed the tast. I left there with no pain and totally satisfied . Thank you Crusaders Clinic Dental for a great Doctor and staff.
I thought this young female dentist (I'm sorry I don't remember her name) was/is fantastic. A very gentle touch. The Novocain needles never hurt that much. I would definitely recommend this dentist. She is probably one of the gentlest and easy to endure I have ever experienced. I will not go to Crusaders any longer due to other grievances with another department, but certainly, I have no grievances towards this dentist. She is certainly very good. Excellent, even.
My child's first visit and was nervous, they said I couldn't be with her and had to wait in waiting room, I said then we will just leave and left, no thanks, not even 1 star
