Extremely rude staff literally give wrong information then when they call have an attitude and hang up on you if I could give 0 stars I would.
I took my son to Crusader Community Health in Rockford for a routine sick visit, and the experience was extremely disappointing and concerning. The provider made unfounded assumptions about my child’s health and reported false concerns to DCFS, despite my son’s complete medical clearance from multiple reputable hospitals, including DuPage Pediatrics and Northwestern Medicine. Worst clinic experience ever. I almost felt like I knew more then the dr knew about the kind of meds I needed. Never sent my prescription to CVS. A Bunch of Fresh out of College Dr's who comes and goes from this clinic who have no clue how to diagnose properly. And even worst. Act as if they don't care. Very rushing to get you in and out of an appointment. Called the front desk to ask if I can speak to Dr Asaad or what ever her name is about why my meds wasn't sent over to the Pharmacy only to be given the run around. Terrib... read more
