Extremely rude staff literally give wrong information then when they call have an attitude and hang up on you if I could give 0 stars I would.
I took my son to Crusader Community Health in Rockford for a routine sick visit, and the experience was extremely disappointing and concerning. The provider made unfounded assumptions about my child’s health and reported false concerns to DCFS, despite my son’s complete medical clearance from multiple reputable hospitals, including DuPage Pediatrics and Northwestern Medicine.
