Horrendous! I called them to service a gas stove. I told them my tenant lives in the Hutchinson area but I live in Wichita and the technician could call the tenant to let them know they were on their way. I set up an early morning appointment due to the tenant's work schedule, they said they'd be there by 9a. 9:30 comes and goes, no technician, I call Cruppers, they said the technician said he called and no one answered. Have been very pleased with the service I've received from Jonah & Chuck on my washer & dryer. They've been quick to get here & really helpful when fixing an appliance, also very friendly & courteous. I'll definitely be shopping there in the future. Pam
