So far so good everything is clean, so far from what I've seen it is a friendly environment. The machines are pretty much well kept from what I saw my first day. So far I give 5 stars
They are very warm and welcoming
I know I have only been going to this gym for one week but so far so good. I am a beginner but I feel very welcome. Other places I just walked in to and right away was treated unkind because I was not already slim and trim. I feel good when I come to The Crunch.

Great facility! Customer service was great! They had all the machines I wanted!
Was a little put off by Sally asking me how much longer I was going to be. She needed to reserve the machines for her class. Well if you know you are going to need a machine for 9:00 then at 8:50 you should not be reserving the machines.
