I have been at the Lakewood Crunch since it opened. It is always clean and the staff is friendly. I tried a class recently with Natalie and it was great, she really made it fun. I will be trying more classes. They have everything I want here, and it is a welcoming vibe.
I haven't been to a gym in years so I didn't know what to expect. I just started at the lakewood crunch and my first day back was great. Friendly and helpfull staff that take the time to listen to questions and give feedback. The equipment selection was great as well.. Finally a gym with a sled! Lol. All around great place.
I love this gym. My hours have sadly changed making it more difficult for me to make the classes, but everyone here is so friendly and supportive! :-D Love my gym!
I had no idea there was a Crunch Fitness in Lakewood! I went into town for a trail at a different gym and saw this and walked straight in! It's got everything you need - it's clean and has a great vibe to work out! I love it - it's got kick bags, free weights, tons of cardio equipment - a very well stocked gym! Loved it~ <3
