*HUNG UP ON ME* I joined in early May and was told mid May opening day. It was pushed back over and over again. Well Friday I went in and was told they only needed one more permit. The occupancy permit and that it would be done the next day, Saturday. Well today is Monday. I just called and was told the exact same thing. Now that it's finally open I can give a better rating! The place turned out great! The equipment is spot on. The music they play is always upbeat and gets you pumped. All the employees there are super friendly and greet you with a smile. I really love the class room space because I can practice my hooping when there aren't any classes going on. I would recommend this place to people ��
When I joined they told me it was going to open May 1st. Then I had to call and was told June 5 th. Then, I had to call again and was told end of June! They should have called me with updates. If they had explained there were construction problems and apologized for the delays I might have stayed there. Very poor customer service. I have cancelled my membership and have received no refund of the money I paid when I joined.
Hard to rate until they open. Have been waiting now for three months
Can't wait for this place to open. It'll be fun. Worked out at Fitness Evolution until it was bought out by Planet Fitness. This gym seems to be similar to Fitness Evolution in lots of ways. Went to go see some of the staff a few weeks ago and they were very friendly. Can't wait for the gym to open up and continue where I left off.
Excited!! Can't wait to open up and work out here.
