Place used to be good, haven't attended in a while...could never work out, always a wait for a machine. Can't say much for customer service when cancelling my membership, rude/kinda juvenile. Glad I joined another gym.
I've been coming to this gym for years and have had a great experience with the front staff and the gym overall but a new employee name tom has ruined all of that. He's loud, on his phone consistently, lazy to do his job, watches tv when the gym is busy, and stares at some of the gym members who are working out and that can very creepy. Seen another review preferring to tom so i mius well chip in. This place is a great place to workout.......... without tom being there.
This Crunch location has a lot going for it, but front desk worker Tom makes the experience worse. He’s consistently unfriendly, ignores members when scanning in, and is always on his phone instead of engaging. A little courtesy would go a long way—hopefully management addresses this.
The manager is amazing—always making sure the gym is clean and organized. They keep an eye on things so equipment gets put back, and the bathrooms are okay (but hey, it’s a gym!). The atmosphere is friendly, and the members are respectful. Highly recommend this location for a solid workout.
On Repeat!!! Home away from home! Good atmosphere, respectful, clean, and you have a variety of options to cater to your goals!!!
