Front desk staff is friendly and welcoming! Especially Mia, always has a smile on her face.
Canceled membership before a new year started but then Charged me a yearly fee on top of another month. Another month I get it’s in the contract but no one could give me an answer for why I was being charged a yearly fee for a year I wouldn’t be a member? Manager claimed she’d call me back with an answer but never did, when I spoke to corporate billing they told me it was the management at the gym who needed to process the refund but she of course told me it’s up to corporate.
Jeff Lee has been a fantastic trainer, the Best and I cannot recommend him highly enough! Sebastian Mesa is another trainer i worked with and like Jeff, he is excellent! Terrific knowledge and personal they will help you reach your goals! Marie Rueger is totally great with customer service. You cannot go wrong with this gym or team
Mia put a band aid and neosporin on my wound. Everyone there was very nice a respectful. Great sign up deal great equipment!!! Best gym around!
