They recently closed my home club which I signed up for and moved my membership to other club without my consent. The other clubs are very far, so I asked for refund of $1332 which is stuck due to permanent club closure. Instead of refund, I was charged for one more month $99. There were no replies on emails/calls for 3 weeks. After that, they replied with one line only that those are charges for cancellation.
