While looking for a gym I ran into the issue of impolite staff whom seemed to only be interested in selling me many things I didn't need and weren't able to answer many of my questions. However, when I went to Crunch, not only was the staff educated on their products and equipment, they were genuine in finding a memebrship that was perfect for me (rather than trying to up sell me.) Not open again on Sunday And it's not the 1st time this happened it happens all the time new management or not seems like they just don't care
Awesome gym. The staff is helpful, kind. Love the machines, especially the recumbent bikes! I would recommend Crunch to anyone anywhere. Good location. I have fun working out there unlike other gyms.
I like this gym. It’s clean, nice staff, and it’s accommodating. I give it five stars in all departments because it’s the least expensive gym and it’s the only good gym in Hemet.

The new manager is awesome and very helpful. I highly reccomend this gym especially with the new staff.
Jackie is a great instructor....we sweat and laughed and had a great workout!!!!!!
I signed up for a basic membership of $9.95 but they signed me up for the peak membership of $25. I've been trying to contact them for ages now and still haven't gotten a response. So at this point it's not even worth it. Their customer service is absolutely trash.
