There were very few people there on Sunday afternoon when I got there. More came in about 45 minutes later. It was nice and the staff is great. Only had one problem with another member (a rather buffed guy in a UCSD tee) who came in (with 2 young girls he was apparently training) and just took over the area I was working in. Denied entry to a member and her service dog. I would have a meeting with your staff and inform them of the Americans with Disabilities Act before you get into any legal issues.
I would give it zero stars if I could!!!! How dare you discriminate my friend for being sick. You guys are the lowest of the low!!
If I could rate them 0 stars I would. Apparently they need to familiarize themselves with the federal law regarding the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). They refused service to a person with a disability that had their service dog with all the right gear on. The reasoning behind it is that they "can refuse service to anyone".
