As a parent, the Kids Crunch program is a lifesaver. The attendants are warm, attentive, and my kids ask to come back every time. Knowing they’re taken care of gives me peace of mind so I can focus on my fitness goal. I know they recently had to clean up some former staff. Open about half the time??
Tried to go to Crunch a couple times to sign up for a membership. The first time, their GM wasn’t there and the employee at the counter didn’t know how to do memberships yet. He said the GM would be in the next day at 10am. Tried to stop again the next day at almost 11. The GM wasn’t there… they said maybe an hr to two hrs. I was really excited about the class options but now I’m just disappointed.
