Here again and it’s closed. Hours on the door saying it’s open until seven. It’s six and it’s closed. No one answers the phone. No one keeps me informed on email. How frustrating
Cancelled my account June 8 and continued to get bills. After constant calls and emails to the club I was assured there was an error in the accounting department as I had "done EVERYTHING correctly to payoff and close my account". Now my account is with a collection agency and no one at the Johns Creek club is being helpful. Pretty bad look for a club to be taking advantage of people through a pandemic despite their best efforts to follow the guidelines. I will be disputing the debt and filing with the BBB.
