All they care about is your money. $26 to downgrade a membership I was already under-using. Better off skipping out on these predatory gyms. Update: 4/30/26. I paid cancellation fee even tho my contract is month to month and now I’m being harassed by phone and email several times/day for another charge due?!?!
Lynn B is amazing. Awesome trainer. Lynn coaches you through each exercise and ensures proper form is used through each movement. She helps me connect mind to muscle to allow me to have maximum results. Need a trainer Lynn is your girl.

It's simple, and the membership isn't overly costly. It's a good place to work out with the right equipment. The bathroom could use an update.
