Rude front desk my guest had to be 23+? the guest I brought was 21 and they said no Even thought I have the ultimate membership? Makes no sense none of the other crunches are like that
The management here sucks. I found out that I was paying $14 a month more for my membership, which was the difference between the Jersey strong price and the new crunch price. One of their employees brought this to my attention and told me I could cancel my membership, and resign up for the lower price. They told me they would waive the upfront fee of $18 and the first month's fee of $39. 24 hours and new equipment, frequently maintained great gym
Signed up here after a free trial on the website. I knew this place was 24 hours but never go too late or too early so it wasn’t a huge selling point. Until I got here at 6pm on a Friday and can’t get in. You need an entirely separate app and no one will let me in because apparently they fine people. Don’t know how I got an entire tour, my picture taken, etc. and yet no one mentioned it. Pretty poor experience.
