Kelvin a former employee sold me a membership at the beginning of May 2020 telling me that I could cancel anytime, I clearly asked him if there was any cancellation policies or fees and he asserted that there was not. I could cancel my membership anytime without paying extra fees as long as i did it 10 days before my billing date. I did that on May 23rd and to my surprise I couldn't cancel if I had not been in the gym for three months which was never told to me and when I went to talk to Kelvin again at the front desk the co... read more

Hi Javier, sorry to hear you had this experience at our gym. Just so you are aware, our cancellation policy is clearly outlined in the membership agreement you signed when you joined. This includes our 90-day commitment policy so we'd suggest referring to this document for further information and clarification. Rude staff. Zach and Chisti. Asked to speak to a manager and they either gave the message or he didn't return the call. Just stunning how abusive both of them were. Who runs a business who even allows this kind of behavior. Never saw this before with the people at Crunch.
Clean facility and great trainer.
My place for destressing. I especially love the small group classes! Crunch has kept me motivated & helps me stay on track with being healthy ❤
My daughter is moving out of state and they said she had to come in to cancel. Said no one can cancel right now! You are closed!!!! Will be calling Corporate.
