Taking me 3 months to cancel due to Covid and because of scam policy they charge you a month after you want to cancel. I have solid statements. Worst commercial gym but it’s the reason why signing up is cheap. Cheap gym, cheap staff, scam policies they don’t relay to new members. Go to la fitness or lifetime, they will at least tell you what you’re paying for.

I just joined a month ago and loving it, staff is friendly when you walk in the door, facility is clean, the variety of equipment is fantastic and the group classes are amazing and challenging. the coaches for the group classes are very upbeat and motivating, helpful as well. if you walk in not feeling very motivated, trust me, you will walk out feeling great and accomplished. I especially enjoy meeting new workout buddies, every person there is there for a reason, and in group classes we work as a team and it getter done.
My experience at crunch has been nothing short of outstanding during my 2 years as a member. The staff has been taking extra precautionary measures to ensure our safety, and I always feel safe working out here amidst the COVID pandemic. My trainer Camryn has been especially helpful and kind to me with regards to reaching my fitness and personal goals. The manager is also great. Highly recommend!

Best gym in town! So clean and friendly!
Run away from this place. We canceled the membership 3 months ago and still getting emails that we owe money even though we have emails confirming that we don't owe anything. They sent our account to collection. We have come to the facility 3 times in person to take care of this and called 3 to 4 times. They keep saying that the GM needs to approve. They will not call the GM. Prospective members. run from this place. They are a huge fraud. we are reporting them to the BBB now.
DO NOT GO HERE! This place is only out to steal your money. Charging people during the pandemic while under the illusion that your account is “frozen” then pile on late fees twice the price of your membership. Unbelievable.
