This location is dissapointing for being next to staten Island ferry, front desk was snobby did not say hello or even aknowledged me , over all energy is non existent , broken treadmills , only about 5 stair steppers 1 broken, free wieghts are disorganized was denied access to studio where I do my calisthenics at 7am because of a "cleaning" had to argue with the "cleaner" to use it although I am a paying member so I'm not sure what the argument was for? My name is Troy Williams and i have been a member of crunch for nearly ten years and i have to say i visited the staten Island location for the first time April 29th, 2017 at approximately 2pm. I am an African American and i must say was treated with total disrespect by customer service on the front desk. I am an all city member unaware that this gym fell under a different jurisdiction, thus i couldn't work out at this facility.
