The most under qualified yoga teachers I have ever experienced. From all of the yoga studios/gyms and my own yoga teaching experience I have never witnessed yoga teachers with such little knowledge of actual yoga. Super disappointing as the hot yoga classes were the primary reason I signed up for the premium tier at crunch. I love the gym and it's great to workout there, however, I've had to call a couple of times to ask a question. Once about giving a referral and the other about when renovations would be done. Both times the person answering the phone was rude. And the last time she seemed to go out of her way to be, then just hung up the phone. I would give this gym a 5 but customer service is really important to me.
