Ever since they moved the hack squat, it’s been broken. Staff told me April 2026.
Terrible. I moved almost an hour away and they refuse to cancel my membership. I’ve called several times and not only can I not get a hold of someone, they are picking up the phone and hanging up. No one should feel trapped into a paid membership and have to deal with terrible customer service.
The Southgate location has the worst staff I’ve ever come in to contact with in a fitness center. Equipment doesn’t work circuit Unable to be utilized because people are always sitting on the machine the trainers are rude and could care less about the clients that are coming into the club
Showed up today for the people who open not to be there... yet again... this is probably the 5th time this has happened. How hard is it to show up on time and just sit behind a desk all day on your phone.
