Why does this gym allow people to use tripods in the workout areas? AIr conditioning still out. Its been weeks come on franchise owner let's do better...
THE BAD: First off I want to state this gym facility leaves a lot to be desired. There is no functioning HVAC system in this outdated warehouse facility. Even during cold months the gym is hot, humid and smelly and this doesn't seem to bother ownership/upper management in the slightest. I do not see our membership money reflected in any way on improving the place whatsoever. I signed up earlier this year and there has been a toilet out of service for months. i’ve been coming to this crunch consistently for the last few years, and the staff is always so nice! especially jennifer, I see her every morning I come in and she’s so kind and always has a smile on her face. I sometimes bring guests with my membership and she’s always so quick to greet everyone and get my guests checked in quickly!
I’ve been coming to this gym for a little around half a year or more. I usually go early in the morning and Jen is always so happy and helpful! She really helps my day start great!
