I've been trying to cancel my son's membership at the Roswell, GA location since June, and they still haven't done it. We called every month after he left for college, and each time the manager promised it was handled--yet the charges kept coming, even overdrawing his bank account. This is not a simple mistake; it's months of ignored requests and broken promises. We've asked for cancellation, and a refund of all charges since June (including overdraft fees). Still waiting.
