I tried to cancel my membership and the lady told me it was canceled. Come the next month when I am billed for monthly fee and my yearly charge. I went to request refund and all I get is the run around. Please make sure when you cancel it actually gets canceled.
RecommendedI have been in many fitness facilities in the past 30 years. Crunch has a vibe of positivity, cleanliness, and caring. I have been a member for more than a year and have never regretted joining once! The staff is outstanding and classes are challenging yet fun. Highly recommend.
