this gym is clean and the staff are always nice and friendly. I live in schaumburg and I always make the extra drive to work out here.
Good front service great facility I come here as a guest all the time
The customer service especially in the personal training is very poor. They scheduled orientation session after l requested three times. Once scheduled based on the trainer’s availability, when I showed up no one was there. I wish they had given me a call to let me know. Would have saved time for me. Very very poor customer service.
