Love the setting of this gym and my workout window between 7-9 is not crowed at all. Clean equipment, clean bathroom and front desk always willing to help . I really hate having to leave a review like this because, overall, I enjoy this gym and I’m a paying member who simply wants to be able to use the facility. Unfortunately, I’ve repeatedly encountered an issue with the functional fitness floor being completely taken over and set up for a 9:00 AM class well before 7:00 AM. That’s more than two hours beforehand, leaving members who train early with little to no reasonable access to an area we are also paying to use. Fairly new but now more machines are becoming unfit. People still need to learn how to take care of the equipment
I have decided to cancel my Crunch membership due to the following issues, and honestly, it is very disappointing to have reached this point after being a member for approximately 7–8 years. Since the change in management or ownership, I have noticed a considerable decline in cleanliness, maintenance, and overall service. There is dust accumulating on the machines, and small pieces of paper are left on the floor for hours or even days.
