​I have been a member of this gym for some time and have generally had a positive experience with your staff and facilities. Very upset, me and other friends that attend to cycling bike have complaint about more than half of the bikes not working and needing new batteries and they wont do anything. They had told us 4 weeks ago they had made the order and still they have not done anything to resolve this problem, we need the bikes working thats what we pay for promising classes with working equipment.

Customer service is terrible, I cancelled within 30 days in December and was still charged next month and the annual fee and it’s been over a month and they still haven’t returned my money and can’t provide any proof that they will.
