I have been a member of Crunch Fitness for quite some time, and it is disappointing to see how much the gym has declined. It feels like the focus has shifted from providing a quality experience for members to maximizing profits. Membership prices have increased, yet the overall condition of the facility and equipment has noticeably worsened. Pros: *some* new machines Cons: - new napkins and napkin dispensers are not great. Napkin quality is terrible, quite frankly. They immediately tear once you wipe down equipment. - poor maintenance of equipment and facilities: Hardly any water pressure at the restroom water faucets. No more napkin dispenser available to dry your hands or face in the restroom. All the stairmasters are orange from the rust and sweat. I informed one of the new employees that the one I was using was creaking and felt unsafe. She did not even both... read more

Awesome gym!
I've been going for about a month now. And I have to say. It is a great experience. Plenty of machines. A good amount of room to work out on your own. Or with a partner. The staff is one of the most amazing parts of the gym. Friendly greetings. Always ready to assist. I would love to shout out one in particular. Jane. She's such an amazing person.
