He’s professional, approachable, and truly looks out for people—he even helped me save over $100, which speaks volumes about his integrity. Beyond that, he’s building a strong, positive member culture that makes the gym feel more welcoming and connected. Crunch is definitely in great hands with Mike leading the way.
