Absolutely unacceptable experience. On Dec 18th, the gym opened at 5:30 AM instead of the scheduled 5:00 AM. A group of people was forced to wait outside in the freezing December cold for over 30 minutes. Many just gave up and left. People plan their entire day around a 5 AM workout, and this delay ruined everything. To make matters worse, the facility is filthy. There’s a visible layer of dirt, sand, and dust on the floors.
