Tried to report me to claims over a $10/M fee that I canceled over two years ago… To the comment below: Make sure your employees know how to do their job when canceling an account so this issue does not happen with future customers. I see a lot of bad reviews on here with related issues.
I love going to spin class, especially with Alexis. He is a fantastic instructor and is so much fun. The music is great and he keeps things challenging and interesting with high intensity and fun bike choreography. If you like to have fun but also to be challenged, i’d definitely recommend his classes.
