I was charged for two memberships when I only had one membership for 6 months because their website duplicated my account on accident..Seems convenient. I’ve spent 3 months trying to get a refund with no email responses and very little interaction with staff who is able to help. I’ve called over 10 times and visited several times in person and they’ve always said they’d have someone who can deal with the issue call me back only to never be called about the matter ever. The equipments are great, but pricing feels like a scam at times. A $5 added charge was added to this month’s payment because the initial charge was declined by my bank account. I called on the same day and went directly to the gym to get try getting this fee waived (since i’m not past due), but they told me it can’t be waived, since this fee is added after the first failed charge. I workout in this place. I like it because has a section to do CrossFit and boxing which is very good. They have a section for spinning and dance therapy too. I give them 4 start because the only thing I don’t like about are the showers that sometime don’t work likewise hand paper.
