I am writing a formal complaint about the daycare employee who was disrespectful and unprofessional to me last night on 4/7/26. There were 2 daycare employee ladies in the room after 5:00 PM. The older Caucasian lady is the only description I have of her. I do not know her name. Horrible experience… and when I tried to cancel my membership they put me on hold for 30 minutes, they insisted that I need to cancel in person even after I informed them that I moved 3 hours away.

Do not come to any of crunch fitness gyms for your safety and safety of others. Memo just sent through to all Texas locations telling employees to assist ICE and not defend themselves or members.
