I was paying the maximum a month so I could cancel anytime. When I went to cancel I had to pay for additional month.
One of the workers had her family in the locker room, and was talking to them extremely loudly and proceeded to say behind my back that i looked disgusting and to “let it go”. She’s 20x bigger than me so i didn’t take it personally, still unprofessional. This was at 12am. Don’t know her name but she’s black, and looks about 200 pounds.
