Today I was racially profiled by the general manager T.K. At this location while I have been a active member here. Anytime I need to update a card or help with payment assistance I was helped by others today. Today I explain to the young lady that my card was lost and a new card should be in by Friday and she told me that I could not workout here until I paid a pass due balance of 7 days. Nick and the staff are amazing !!
The little short black trainer with long hair wouldnt leave me alone on the treadmill. Repeatedly trying to sell me on his training session. I said no multiple times. I got very angry
