I have been trying to cancel my membership for the last year. There should still be a direct phone number that you can call to cancel. Why are you still taking money plus yearly fees for a service that hasn’t been available. I’m sure I’m not the only one facing these issues that are not being addressed. You know how to debit my account!!
Requested to freeze my membership due to covid however I've been continually charged each month, and no one responded to my emails and calls.
