Crunch is one if the worst gyms ever, they never follow through with opening times,their kick off i never got to do because they wanted to do afternoons but I could only do mornings. Mackenzie is the worst manager you could have representing Crunch as she a LIAR. When I got injured, the girl at Crunch told me my membership was cancelled for October, when I looked at my account 2 days later Crunch charges me over 160. My wife had membership, she wanted personal training for 3 months this gym charged her money for 4 months without her knowing, despite informing in one month advance. They did not refund for extra month, hence we cancelled our membership.
IF YOU JOIN THIS GYM KEEP LOOKING AT YOUR PAYMENT HISTORY I have joined this Gym last December, and I have opted for personal training, and during March I wanted to end my personal training.
