Maybe it was just the time that I went, but the music was exceptionally loud, there is no door to the cardio/group fitness room so the music in there was competing with the music on the floor, the place was full of gym "bros," two of whom took time to stand at the doorway of the group fitness room to mimic those doing a class, there is no policy against filming in the gym so you can appear on camera without permission if you walk into view on someone else's phone... I couldn't get out fast enough.

If I could give this gym a -1 I would. Not only do they steal people’s money, charge when they’re not supposed to, and “cancel” memberships when they’re supposed to already be cancelled. They also cause multiple fees to be taken out of bank accounts and refuse to take accountability and reimburse the customer for the hassle THEY have caused. $90 of NSF fees, all because they charged me for a membership that was supposed to be cancelled already. There are many clubs to choose from and I’ve had many memberships over my 40 plus years of lifting but for me its all about the atmosphere and Staff. This club is sparkling new and still getting their feng shui but we are loving it ! Machine selection is abundant and well laid out. The dumbbells are plentiful and always room available with lots of benches. Plenty of cardio equipment , my only complaint if you want to cal it that is the recumbent bikes and their location.
