I met the new manager today and she was so helpful and so nice! She is very welcoming and knows her stuff! Thanks for the help Mackenzie!
This is one place which doesn’t even deserve one star. Customer service at its worst. No replies to emails, management only busy in sending marketing emails to make more money. Staff on the front counter lie and miscommunicate which results in customers paying extra money and then nobody from the team bothers to care.
Initial experience on day 1. Nice and bright and a lot more headroom considering they are in the lower level. Staff seemed friendly and warm but they were also very busy day 1. Equipment was new and shiny which is nice and there were sooooo many benches - thank you! Free weights, racks and basic machines are there but they don't have everything which is fair. Their equipment is pretty tightly packed due to the space, moving around during peak hours will become a hassle and even if it wasn't busy at the time I went I still ha... read more
Notice how most of these reviews are about the staff. I noticed one of the guys worked at fit4less before I joined here and he didn't do much at either place.
No bad smell and if there is it’s hard to notice good equipment and amazing workers
