IDK this gym is so crowded and the other guy IDK what his name but I think he’s manager he’s so rude I’ve been there for almost -1 year he teaching the class pf fitness but IDK i suddenly go there at middle I didn’t see the board of sign coz it’s too little My eyes was blurred. Today my wife and I sadly found out our buddy was leaving us, All the best in Cambridge....ty for everything you have done to help us..we're gonna miss yah Mack....
I tried the gym for the first time today and was robbed in the fitting room, day 1 of trying crunch and I do not recommend. The man at the counter was very apologetic and I have no animosity towards the staff, just be aware of the people who attend the gym.
Number of times I had to comment staff that there was no soap in soap dispenser and paper towels and sprays are missing at certain stations. Very basic stuff for a gym.
No matter how consistently I raise the issue of the shower drain being clogged, nothing is being improved. Now, in addition to the water overflowing, there is also a bad smell, and no cleaning is being done. I’m wondering how long this situation will be left as it is. Considering that many people use the facility, it seems that not only the showers but the entire gym needs proper cleaning.
