Absolutely awful. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS GYM. I signed up for Crunch Fitness when I first moved to Gainesville, Florida in 2021, but since then I have moved out of the country and I cannot get Crunch to cancel my subscription and two years have passed with me being unable to canncel or get my money back. I cannot call the location because I do not have a US phone number or live in the US and my emails go unanswered. One of the worst experiences ever at this gym. Never come here because they will try to pressure you to sign a contract that you'll never be able to opt out of. Read the terms and agreement before you put a card on file with these people. I don't know who owns this place but you need to be sued for forcing people to buy a product they don't want.
Needs more equipment, Chest fly and dip machines
Staff is ok but most of the cardio equipment does not work. More specifically the stair masters if the 10 they have only 3 work properly
