Sorry but its getting ridiculously loud in this place. I can't even hear the music in my ear buds because they think its a club in here. Add the insane bass of music from the group workouts. Its bad.
Excellent customer service from Miranda at the Folsom location. She was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, and had answers to every single question I asked. She even helped me save money by asking where I work, I’m very happy by such a great experience! She clearly went over the financial details multiple times so I felt fully informed. I had a membership at this gym. About 17 days before the next billing cycle, I came in лично to cancel my subscription because I had moved and it was no longer convenient for me to work out here. The manager assured me that everything was taken care of, my account was closed, and no further charges would be made. However, in reality, they continued to charge me. Back in December I froze my Personal Trainer sessions. They would unfreeze near the end of March. I called today to say I wanted to simply cancel them altogether. They said because I didnt notify them 30 days prior to the unfreeze date, I would have to pay the $180 in full, despite me not even doing the training. I was not told this when I froze the account.
