This place is extremely dirty. I felt like I had to shower immediately after leaving this gym or else i’d catch MRSA or some other bacterial infection. Couldn’t go to the gym between classes or before grocery shopping because I felt genuinely disgusting leaving this place. There were very few people wiping down machines after using them and staff just standing around doing nothing. I got a gym membership at Planet Fitness since it is another affordable option and I have zero complaints. They updated their gym with squat rack... read more

I am not a member. But the reviews are horrible and all the same. Basically, the gym is dirty, the staff don't care about the customers complaints. It is hard to cancel memberships and the customer service phone number doesn't work or no one calls back, the gym contract is misleading. Equipment is broken and stays like that for months. The bathrooms are filthy and the excuse is there are no women employees to clean it. The gym itself is fine, during the school year expect wait times for machines to be relatively high. Especially cables. However, it's getting such a low rating because the locker rooms are constantly disgusting. Like never cleaned. I've literally seen shit splattered on the walls before. Tampons on the floor. For days. Sometimes weeks. I know they make enough money to fire a nightly cleaning crew, unsure why they haven't.
