The staff is always super helpful and makes you welcome no matter your fitness level. Santina and Caycee are particularly awesome and uplifting.

Crunch is where I started my fitness journey, going from 169 pounds down to 132 pounds. The reason for my return every single time is because of the amazing staff that are there, they treat you like one of the family. Every single location I've gone to, I've never been disappointed. I recommend this gym to anyone who wants a nice, but very affordable workout. Thanks for being the best motivators.
