I went a couple of times with my friend Carlos...and i loved it...i'm getting my membership starting in november...i liked the kickboxing classes on mondays...the instructor is energetic and nice. She motivate us to keep it up. It's not crowded at all when you go early in the morning. I definitely recommending this place to my friends. Thank you guys.
I have rheumatoid arthritis and I don't have to say anything to the trainers when i take the classes. They're nice to me and non judgmental. I have a hard time keeping up sometimes. I've had bad experiences at other gyms and private classes. Sometimes it's crowded in the equipment area but I like that so I can learn from others. Everyone (the staff) is nice and friendly. I've had a peak pass for over a year now and I am happy. The hydro massage is bomb.
I just love this Gym. It's always clean, and the staff is great!
love the punching bags! HEY GUYS THEY HAVE PUNCHING BAGS!!!!!!! in the evening its a little tight squeeze yet Its motivating to see so many people putting in work
To many Highschool kids I'd prefer a time where there weren't any...they miss use equipment nobody tells them how to do it....they're going to get hurt.
