Very nice gym. It has everything you need in a gym and some.
Best gym I've ever been to. No dirty looks from the ripped dudes by the weight bench. None of them laughing at the fat guy on the weights floor either is a plus. (We all started out wither skinny as a rail or as a large n' in charge, and if you say you didn't then you're lying :3 ) The gym itself is already MILES ahead of the health-club nonsense that it replaced. I came as a guest and plan to join!
Clean, spacious, two huge squat/deadlift racks. Tons of options for cardio equipment. Worth the drive if you live in Lakewood.
I love this gym ! The people at the front desk are so kind a So helpful ! The energy of the people during the clases is priceless and the support of our bosses is a blessings ! Great place to excersise and work out . Machines are brand new and place is very clean !
For only $20/month you are a VIP and can take the many classes that you can choose from!!! Then have yourself a 10 minute hydro massage. "No time" is a lame excuse cause they're open 24/7! I can't put enough emphasis as to why I love coming here, heck I'm here when schedule permits. I've taken most of the morning classes and as for the evening ones, just some.
