The promotion they offer in December and January to get people to sign up is a scam. They day the first month is free but you will still get charged in the first 30 days. They dont care about you, they just want grab as much money from people as they can. I will never go to this gym again. Rude managers, people don't wipe machines down after use, hangout spot for many others. Theres better gyms than Crunch.

Just signed up recently and the short girl with long black hair and glasses at the desk was great (give her a raise). However, when I asked to be removed from the PT session for new members the male manager made a stank face and said “cause you know everything about personal training”? Just because I’m not a stick figure doesn’t mean a comment like that (to a female who has just signed up for your gym) is acceptable. Dumbells aren't even close to being organized (see picture), came here from another crunch and they're always organized. All other gyms are as well except this one. Can't find the weight you need and need to search for them. Feel like it would be intimidating for newcomers to come in and feel comfortable in the dumbell area. All other equipment is pretty good tho, maybe could use more 45lb plates around the plate loaded machines and benches

This is best Crunch centre in area. I am driving from Waterloo to there because this location if far more better. Cleaner, less busy, and keep better
