This is the worst Gym in my opinion. My husband was happy with his $9.99 a month gym membership when after many years it suddenly changed to $34.99 without any consent or wishes from my husband. He went in and asked what had happened, but found it impossible to get a response. Finally when he did manage to get the manager to look into it he was assured she would do all she could do. Both of these cable machines on the second floor have been out of service for 3months approximately, this crunch takes this long to fix most equipment, but will justify raising their membership prices to upkeep the facility, like the raise in membership price last august

Mackenzie and another employee (I’m sorry I don’t remember her name) helped me the other morning when trying to figure out an issue with my account. They were very friendly and kind while speaking to me, also explaining everything throughly. Thank you for the help!
