Look at this…7/10 tread climbers “out of service “. It’s been like this for months. Also the 2cable machines out of service for months including other machines. CRUNCH, get your stuff together. This is a joke.
I'm usually not one to write reviews but this is getting ridiculous. It seems that a lot of members, including myself, are getting very frustrated with this location. Everything is constantly breaking, with no sense of urgency to get fixed. Three out of four cable machines are unusable. Ab machine is broken. Multiple leg machines are also broken. People steal from lockers and leave a disgusting mess on the gym floor and the locker rooms because there is no enforced respect. What I don't understand is why we keep getting prom... read more
I've been going to Crunch for years now, but have been at this particular location since July 2025 and it is definitely one of the better locations! It's big and has tons of equipment to choose from as well as a HIIT Zone and stretching room. There is so much recovery options to choose from, massage chairs, hydro massage bed and red light therapy booth as well as a tanning booth. The staff here is what makes this location unique. Very mixed feelings about this place. Good layout, good equipment, good space. So dirty. Cleanliness is not a priority at all. The change rooms are disgusting. There is no culture to clean machines after use. Staff hangs out at the desk, and there is zero supervision on the floor. There needs to be supervision. To casually break up groups loitering and speeding up people hoarding machines while playing on their phones. It's affordable, which is a plus. Pretty small location compared to the ones I've been to. Not a lot of racks and machines available and way too many treadmills and ellipticals in my opinion. Some machines are also always broken so they really need to update their equipment. Wish they had the red light therapy here.
