I would like to Thank Paul for being a awesome trainer from the first day I walked into Crunch I knew he would do a great job. Over the last three months he showed and demonstrated how to use all the equipment. Just got a membership & had my kickoff session with personal trainer Paul. He was absolutely amazing, great at knowing how to motivate while also giving grace when needed. A great balance between pushing yourself & listening to your body, which is a HUGE focus of mine. The rest of the staff that I’ve briefly encountered with have been extremely friendly & helpful. I look forward to continuing my fitness journey at this facility

Excellent staff, so much equipment I have been many gyms and worked in them in the UK but this pace is the best for sure !!
