This gym is honestly a complete waste of money and time. The equipment situation is ridiculous. There is barely anything available, and what they do have is usually just one machine per type. You end up waiting forever, and most workouts turn into standing around instead of actually training. On top of that, they are missing several essential machines altogether. Very disappointed!! We 3 joined and was excited cause we were members when old gym was here. But for this new gym we are paying full fee for half of the equipments. We waited so long for bench press and squat racks to arrive and now it’s been while there are no cable machines in the gym. Honestly we feel like they are ripping off people. There is nothing like they have mentioned in the memberships no hydro massage no tanning as well . Cancelling our memberships soon.

I’m very frustrated with this gym. I moved out of the city and have been trying to cancel my membership, but they won’t allow it through the app or over the phone. They insist I come in person, which is unreasonable since I no longer live nearby. On top of that, they still charged me $48. It feels like they’re making it difficult on purpose just to keep charging customers. I wouldn’t recommend this gym based on my experience.

I am filing a formal complaint regarding the non-refund of my annual membership fee for Crunch Fitness Brampton (2025). The Brampton location was closed in June 2025 due to internal issues. At that time, the manager confirmed that I would receive a refund. Despite this confirmation, I have not received any refund to date.
