Wouldn’t let my 14 year old son in with his older brother who is 20. He has worked out using the buddy pass for months and they now said “no”. He needs an ID at 14yrs old.
It looks like fraud is their business policy. I was charged again after cancelling in person with a form. The charge was outside of the contract period (and also outside the wait period that is by law in Alabama after cancellation). I went in, got it charged back by a manager, a different manager came back and recharged it. I had an open fraud request in with my bank. I personally really enjoy this gym. The facilities are as clean they can be (it’s a gym people), also everyone at the front desk is really nice. But my favorite perk of all is Kids Crunch. This mama of 2 needed to get her workouts in and it’s such a relief to be able to leave them somewhere safe and close by. My kids love Miss Dakota and Miss Kenzie. Honestly all of them are so sweet though. I highly recommend just for this reason alone, but the gym overall is great.
I’ve greatly enjoyed my experience at Crunch in Auburn. I often visit other Crunch locations while traveling for business, but I always look forward to returning to this one because of the exceptional customer service and welcoming atmosphere.
