very friendly staff. roger is GOOD at his job, he upsold us on a membership bc the savings was too good to pass up lol. thank you max for always being so kind to us when we walk in!!
Cancelled my membership months ago, but found out they were still charging monthly fee and annual fee. front desk said it’ll be refunded but still haven't received the refund or heard back from them after asking for a confirmation email. (update: been a week and still no refund. still no response from general manager Roger Good, front desk just tells me to keep waiting)
I canceled my membership in September of last year, but they continue attempting to charge my card for personal training sessions. This month, I am seeing a $660 PT charge, and despite raising this issue multiple times, the problem still has not been resolved.
