Paid for the higher membership fee to be able to cancel anytime, and was told I needed to come in person to cancel (which is fine), but then when I wanted to cancel was given a card to call that won’t pick up the phone. The equipment in this gym is good and there is a good variety - but a lot of it is broken and doesn’t get fixed. The bathrooms are awfully maintained and the gym in general is crowded. Tanning beds are always a wreck and I’m tired of hearing the employees talk about their members. It gets old and whoever is the brunette at the front desk needs to get fired. Always rude and on her phone with guys or gossiping to other team members at the gym about what’s going on after. Very unprofessional at this gym. The bald guy has always catered to me whenever I needed something and the gentleman with slightly organs hair. Both of the guys keep that place going. They need to clear house asap.
