I love Crunch LWR! All of the instructors are great. I love Tish, Donald, Rulee, Tasha and we had a brand new substitute tonight for barbell, her name is Jessica. She was awesome!
LOVE all the hot classes. My personal favorite is Hot Athlete. More time options would be great given classes fill up almost immediately.
I went to the gym to cancel my membership, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Three male staff members were there, and instead of helping me, they told me I had “misunderstood” the terms and claimed that the woman who sold me the membership never explained it that way. What made the situation worse was their behavior.
