Management was horrible. I was charged incorrectly for months went to management spoke to about 5 different people and they never resolved the issue. Very sad bc I liked the classes and if someone would have done anything to make me happy I wouldn’t have left!
This was one of the worst Crunch experiences I've ever had. The staff was rude, unwelcoming, and made the entire visit uncomfortable. I brought my underage little sister, whom I am the legal guardian of, and they refused to let her work out. I've taken her to multiple other Crunch locations before, and we've never had this issue, so the inconsistency was frustrating and confusing. Best gym in Georgia Nasir is so nice and is patient with all new comers to this location in acworth.
