Costumer services and people in the front desk is so bad in the morning shift, they make it seem as they doing you a favor for being there
New equipment, very busy, only downside is that it needs more benches. There's like 100+ people and only 3 benches to use...
I highly recommend this gym. The staff are so nice and the facility is clean and not so packed that it's hard to workout in a good amount of time
This gym is home to the greatest in customer service and personal training. Shout out to Chandler, she has the sweetest heart! All of 'em have made me feel more than welcome, I feel loved 🙏🏻❤️
I’m really disappointed with the tanning beds at Crunch Fitness. They only have two beds, and neither of them actually tans — even after multiple sessions, there’s barely any noticeable difference. On top of that, both beds have several bulbs burnt out, which defeats the purpose entirely. For a gym that charges a yearly “maintenance fee” supposedly for equipment upgrades, it’s frustrating that these issues go unresolved for so long.
