Drove by there today and the unit is now empty. I loved Crunch and I’m heartbroken that it treated its members so poorly. The equipment was amazing and the staff were so kind. It’s so sad that the owners took our money and ran away with it knowing full well that they were planning to never pay rent. Crunch the franchise is very sketchy and I would never trust this brand again
Absolutely the worst customer service with this company. Gym closed down May 26th because they didn't pay their rent and now they won't answer any calls or emails for the members who have paid their memebership for the year full.
I love the gym i now go to for training and keeping my head straight thank you to bryana and her amazing team for bringing this gym to life and allowing me to put my input on new equipment and stuff like that
