June 18, 2014. we had a sub substituting second sub for 6:15 Arm Candy and Ass&Abs classes. And another sub for Cardio Fusion! Which I have called crunch at Black Hawk earlier ( I live in Walnut Creek ) and was told that Bradford is teaching ! This routine practice of changing subs definitely is worst thing to happen to a health club like crunch fitness in BlackHawk!
