I was also billed for additional services outside of my membership that I did not sign up for. I called multiple time, and there was never a manager available to discuss. Then I posted a message on their Facebook page, and they said they would contact me to resolve the issue. Instead of contacting me, my post was removed. So here is another post with hope that they do actually reach out and refund me for the errant charges to my bank account.
I have received excellent service. Great Trainer (Sylvester Cain) who pushes me the way a Trainer should. There staff has been great, and they take the type of care for their members that a Fitness Facility should.
I’ve only worked out there once, but I loved the set up and the equipment and the staff!!
Clean, friendly and management is awesome! They have Zumba classes �
I love the variety of equipment. Everything is well maintained and clean!
