So everyone I’m putting my self out there, but here it is! Two months ago I weighed 214 plus pounds and here I am now after two months of working out at Crunch Fitness weighing in at 199.2 pounds! So If you want a judge free zone at a good price with all the benefits of the bigger gyms then this would be that place! You got an awesome staff that will work one on one with you to show you how to do what’s best for you to get in shape, and you got all the equipment that you need to work out anyway you want!
I love the fitness class formatting. The KISS concept is represented throughout the classes, making it easier for beginning exercisers & those who are sleep deprived to get thru a 30 minute class. There are plenty of color coated dumbbells to choose from, Pound Ripstix, loops & 360’s, which make Crunch classes unique. Instructors offer a variety of levels throughout each class.
My daughter joined and was really excited about it, they told her if she gave them some names those people would get 10 day passes. She gave them our names and we received phone calls to come in to get them. When we arrived we were shown around by Jessica, who was fantastic. At the end of the tour Parker came up to us and sent Jessica off and wanted to sign us up. We told him we wanted to try it out for the 10 days, but he became very pushy and obnoxiously rude.
