Currently under this management where I live. Myself and my Boyfriend have been dealing with extremely noisy neighbors that live above us. We've reported it. No response. In fact, they barely respond to any issues unless they're forced by CHA. I'm disabled, and my conditions are flaring due to the constant thumping, leaving me with an insufficient sleep pattern.
