In short, I've been using Mr. Crumlish for years now, for real estate investment, never to be disappointed. He's the guy you call when you want assurances that the agent working for you, has your best interest at heart, with the skill to back it up. He may not be pretty to look at (that's a joke btw), but his business and ability to close IS no joke. Always my first choice.
Chris Crumlish has always been my go-to guy when it comes to real estate investment. Not only does he know the business inside and out, but actually cares about his clients, and their success, whether it be as an investment or simply as a home base. His attorney-like prowess and unbending in negotiations has always been impressive for me. Don't take my word for it... use him and you'll agree. Simple as that.
